I am new to the blazer forums, but I have owned a few blazers in my life. However, I have never really bothered with any mods. My current vehicle is a 99 blazer ls 4x4 4dr. I am looking for a few simple mods, nothing too pricey like a turbo kits, or rediculous lifts that will make my truck a little quicker, and a little easier on fuel consumption. I am returning from a year-long deployment in Iraq, and im looking for some info. If anyone has any ideas let me know. Im already in the process of purchasing a k&n CAI, and and exhaust system. Any ideas on which exhaust to go with, plus any other mods.

From one service member to another...thank you. Welcome to the forum! The best thing to do about an exhaust is just to go to a local shop and have one bent for you. There are several posts stating that people are having a hard time finding an exhaust for their ride. I was going to reccommend the CAI but you already got that covered. For performance, maybe get an underdrive pully kit. For some quick and easy exterior mods, I'd go with some clear turns, a billit grille bow tie, envoy interior door handles, and a grille insert. I can hook you up with the sites and prices if you're interested. (I'm not a seller, just have some good sites bookmarked). Oh, some new gauges too.
