OK sit back grab a smoke and have a good laugh at my life.........

I owned a 2001 Chevy P/U ZR2, brand new, loved it never gave me any trouble until I hit a Toyota 4 runner and bent my frame and got a divorce all in the same year.....
So I loved the ZR2 package, got rid of the husband, got myself 2 big dogs. So I decided to stick with the ZR2 style but look for a Blazer instead. OK cool found a 1998 with low miles and it looked clean, wasn't to happy with the color or the fact it was a 5 speed but with my now bad divorce caused credit I figured beggers cant be choosy.... Well first off the car lot didn't add all the taxes to the loan, so my plates was going to be 560.00 just put 3 grand down so I couldn't afford them just yet....
OK I'm happy my first vehicle I got on my own and it's what I wanted for the most part. So I'm cruising, gonna go 4 wheeling, start up I 70 and SES light comes on and she is running like ****, no power, bla bla bla anyway's long story short here had to replace (only after having it 2 weeks) fuel pump, EGR valve, alternator, and new tires. OK, so I figure used SUV I got someone else troubles, but now everything should be fine.. Yeah right............... Go up in the mountains, hit 4 HI nothing, flashes goes back to 2 wheel, **** another issue driving back down she decides NOW that SHE is ready to go into 4 HI and does it while driving all by herself, switching by itself. OK get THAT fixed, had a snow storm go to put it in 4 HI doesn't work, ok now I'm hot, go back to shop and as soon as they see me coming they all run and hide. (I can be a bitch) find out wire was kinked, ok working 4x4 again I hope. Now go to start it decides doesn't want to start unless I really jam the clutch pedal, so another item---- clutch switch..... go and park on a hill, put E break on and before I can even shut it off down the hill I go E break doesn't work... and now most recent driving to work yesterday smell anti freeze and my window is fogging up heater core gone, now this is just motor issues here come inside............

The passenger side seat does not recline, and the one adjuster on my side is sticking and only works half the time, so it's next. Then I tried to get under my hood to check the oil only to be standing there like a dumb ass holding my hood release in my hand in a standing straight up position WITH IT STILL ATTACHED to the blazer! Talk about stretching it!! Then I go to get some stuff out of the back, lift the rear window, drop the gate only to get hit in the head with the window part because the shocks decided they didn't need to keep the window OFF my head. So there again me looking like ! Then I go to get out of the blazer only to be holding in my hand the ****ing door handle, now I'm really looking sexy! by this time I have had it, and all this time my temp tag expired back on Nov 15, 2005------ so now comes my streak of luck I am happy thinking OK everything should be done ( this was before heater core) so I'm jamming my tunes, dancing in my seat, driving, it's nice day so I didn't realize that I was going 82 in a 55--- BAM speeding ticket this was last Monday, **** OK need to be careful, he didn't bust me for the plates!
OK off I go then here comes Thursday once again this time it WAS for my plates, **** ok got to round up the 560.00 that I have been putting off for months.... Friday go get my expensive plates, once again nice day, I'm in a good mood once again 70 in a 45! **** now this bites, and then I notice and say OUT LOUD------- " OH ****ING GREAT THIS COURT DATE IS THE SAME AS THE ONE I GOT MONDAY IN DENVER, AT LEAST YOURS IS JEFFERSON COUNTY AT 4:30 AND DENVER IS 8:30" my daughter is looking at me like I done lost it, the cop just busts out laughing, shakes his head and says, I don't believe you just said that TO ME of all people, your either brutally honest, or you don't think befor

My goodness! What an aweful tale of events. Here in NY sh*t happens in threes but that's not the case in CO.

Always plead innocent! I had traffic court two weeks ago. I was cited 92 in a 55 zone. I tried to defend myself but it's different when you're on the stand. I see why it's easy to be a lawyer. A. you're not the one on the stand, and B. you get to go home (where as a killer wouldn't.) I had to travel 78 miles one way to get there only to be found guilty (no surprise,) and the decision to be deffered fro a few days. I was fines under $300.00.

By law you are guaranteed a quick and speedy trial. Write to the court and get the date postponed. Write to tthe court requesting evidence that is against you, and ask for another trial date so you can gather your case together. (If you defend yourself.) I had mine postponed twice! Good luck, keep it under 60 (mph) if you can keep her running!

And I thought I was the only one with this kind of luck. Honey, except for the speeding tickets, this sounds just like my motorcycle. Just as soon as I think one thing is fixed 3 more things go wrong. I feel for you.

This story sounds like some very devilish Rube Goldberg device... I hope for your sake it has a good finale! Hopefully something with a silver lining!

Stick with it! Good news is, the junkyards should have plenty of the parts you need (hood release & seat recline handles aside as they are VERY flimsy).
