the body looks clean(from what i can see), but see if you can talk em down from whatever he/she wants. after all it is 20 yrs old and you never know what people do to their truck. like towing a boat and never cleaning the undercarriage. but like m00n said u just gotta feel it out for urself.

Also what motor do you think is in it? posssibly the 4.3???

well being a 1987 u have 5 different engines possibilities.
1-1.9 four cylinder
2- 2.0 four cylinder
3- 2.5 four cylinder; this engine was nicknamed the "Iron Duke" due to its strength and power for a 4 cyl plus it was virtually indestructable.
4- 2.8 v6 ----eehh
5-and im not sure if the 4.3 was available yet, but i do know that the cpi was around until 92.
you gotta get more info about it, take a look at it, cant hurt

Nope, the 4.3L didn't come out until '88.
