Wrecked Blazer..Tire Rubbing

Ok guys..I had a tie rod end go out on the passenger's side which caused me to wreck. I replaced the tie rod end and now my tire looks to be moved back an inch or two and  is rubbing my fender. My torsion bar looks bent..but could that cause my tire to be moved back that much? All other suspension parts look to be fine with no bends on anynthing...except the torsion bar.

If you mean front torsion bar also known as sway bar it could do it when I changed my links it changed my turning circle.

By torsion bar, I believe he is talking about the torsion bar (spring) for the front suspension of all 4wd s-series vehicles.

I find it hard to believe that you bent the torsion bar without doing A LOT of other damage to the suspension components.  I would look at the lower control arm, comparing side to side.  You more than likely bent the lower control arm in the accident.

Is it possible to take some pictures of the wheel location as well as the torsion bar, lower control arm, and the rear torsion bar mount (follow it back).

Yea..I'll take some when my girl gets home because she's got the camera. I looked all over the front suspension and the brackets. None seemed to have any stress breaks or cracks. I was on a gravel road when it happened and I flipped beside of a huge rock sticking out. I have a feeling that when we flipped it back over that the torsion bar hit the rock while coming back over. I plan to take it to the shop possibly today and get it on a lift so I can get a better view. This is the first vehicle I've ever owned with torsion bars and I don't know too much about them.

After getting the Blazer on the lift...found the main problem. The bracket the is mounted to my axle on the passenger side is bent. I'm not sure what it is called but it looks to hold the axle in place and also looks to be a motor mount?

Update...Tried to replace the mount only to find that it wouldn't fit. Took it to the local body shop to find out the frame is slightly bent and they can bend it back for around $250. Luckily the control arms and torsion bar can be saved from the looks of it right now is what the man said. I sure hope he's right because I would have paid way more for all the parts than what it's costing to have the frame bent back.
