Need a referee? I can use a weekend off. Too much work here. They got a whole free sampling thing going on at work this weekend. They are sampling all of the premade thanksgiving dishes that they make. Also my department is sampling different cheeses and stuff. Lots of work. Just got out an hour ago actually and have to go back for 8:30 tomorrow morning. Fun fun!!!!!

Finish putting raised/padded rail on my poker table...

Finished (well, for now) the whole table!  Got a 4' round table with two 1' leaves off Craigslist for $40 and put more than 1500 staples into it, plus about...well let's just say it probably would've been cheaper to buy a table than to make my own when it all boiled down.  But, I can say that I made it myself!  Didn't turn out exactly as I had planned, but still worthy enough to get a good game of cards going!

Still gotta get some fold-away cupholders off eBay, possibly paint the legs black, get 6 matching office chairs and call it a day.  Wait, don't forget about the mini-fridge to keep some brews available upstairs.

What can I say, we don't have kids yet and the Wife has taken over every other room in the house.  This is my sanctuary!

This weekend has been really slack.
I'm home alone since my parents are gone for their anniversary... so I guess its party time. One-man party time...

Monday I'm off, so I'm gonna work....  ahem... well, out of school anyway, so I'm gonna work

Well, let's see.  It's 2:00 Sunday Morning and I'm sitting at work right now.  The crazy thing is I don't work Third shift.  So, the rest of my weekend will be spent walking slowly and napping frequently

TripleBlackBlazer, nice looking poker table.

Yeah I have been doing little odds and ends here and hanging out with some friends this weekend. Otherwise I am just about done with the transmission fluid change. Just got to get those two bolts that hold up that acuator cable thingy tightened up, then add the fluid and check for leaks. Anybody got an easy way to put that one bolt back in? The 10mm one that is hiding up under the acuator part (all I have been doing to take it out was to use an open end but I can only get a 1/4 turn and it takes forever).

Projects on the go for my jimmy.  Changing out the front bumper, installing a push bar, piaa 520 fog lights, swap rear bumper again, install viper 5900 alarm remote start.  Hopefully finish/start that tomorrow.  Got monday off for the holiday so I want to work on my blazer.  Goal is to finish the wiring, plumb the fuel system and tranny lines.

My mother had a knee replacement so i've been going to my parent's house on Saturdays to help out... so i'll be there all day Saturday cleaning up, getting the laundry done (mine and theirs) and probably stay for dinner... Sunday i gotta catch up on a few computer repairs for people that have dropped machines off to me and Friday night going to meet a cousin for dinner.  :)

Wife and I are heading to Asheville to see the Biltmore house all dressed up for Christmas tomorrow thru Friday.  Saturday I hope to replace the door pins on the Blazer if I can get the spring tool in time.  Seems no place around here sales that damn thing.

i spent all weekend at a buddy's house puting a system in my girlfried's car , it took  2 days and we worked straight through anly stopping to eat. we started about 7pm saturday and finished 10pm sunday. we made sure it was done right and didnt cut corners and also upolstered the box and amp rack. i will have pix posted soon to show off the hard work. it turned out good and we were proud of it altough it was hell.

Today at GE is my last shift. I am looking forward to a nice 10 min commute. This 45 min commuting twice a day sucks. Plus it's killing me in gas and adding aton of miles to my truck
