Hello blazer forum people. Just registerd on the forum, and it looks nice.

I have a 2000 S-10 Blazer 4x4 LS(kind of...?). Has about 2"(1.5"?) lift shackles, torsion bar cranked, and sitting on 31" offroad tires. I am also looking at getting grille/brush guard soon.(found a nice one $239 off ebay and im thinking of getting it).

On the body it says it is LS, but on internet I've read that the LS package is suppose to come with power locks/windows, tilt wheel, cruise control, and folding down rear seats. The one my blazer has is the folding down rear seats. No power windows/locks, tilt wheel, or cruise control. Kinda weird...

LT is the upper-level trim and LS was the lower model trim however some LS models came with power windows and locks and some did not. there may have also been a 3rd baseline model but im not sure about that

Welcome!  You're just about an hour northwest of where I grew up and two hours due east of where I live now.  Sounds like you already have a pretty good start on your truck, feel free to post up some pics when you get a chance!

On the LS issue...I found similar info (from '97).  Is it possible that maybe the doors were replaced with LS doors?  Best bet would be to check the VIN or plug in your RPO codes (located in your glovebox) here and see what options you should have.  I have a 2000 LS 2dr 4WD and have power everything/heated mirrors/etc.  The only thing I don't have on the '97 list is the lights on the rear view.

Once again, WELCOME!

Not that far to reach and lock a door or crank a window anyway :-)

Welcome!

Good to meet ya Dan, another newbie here...like they said, check the RPO's (tag on glove box door). I used this one and you can type them all in at once (use commas after each, no spaces). http://www.cadillacfaq.com/rpo/index.php . This says it is for all GM vehicles before someone get's me for a caddy reference LOL
