Thatsa bad ass door! I like it. Have you took apart your tailgate yet? I know i did a cut out in mine just a couple weeks ago and i know wit out some serious work to get the latch to work you wont be able to fit that amp in there recessed.

havent touched the tailgate yet. The panel will be made flush with the protruding amp, it will not be recessed.

Reviving this thread from the dead. I abandoned the idea of the 4 8"s on the rear armrest area and decided to just use 2 of the 8"s, 1 in each kick panel. The 6.5"s and the tweets will eventually be installed in custom door pods where the pockets are now. Here are some pics. You can also see the VERY early stages of the custom center console Im working on.

That woofer is ridiculously close to the brake pedal. Can you say kicked in cones?
