This is commonly caused by a failed blower motor resistor pack.
To replace it, you will need to remove the hush panel under the passenger side dash. The resistor pack will be located next to the blower motor and held on by 2 7/32" screws. Next, open your glove box and empty it. Then lift up on the stop arm on the driver's side top of the glove box and swing the glove box down and out of the way. This will give you access to the electrical connector for the resistor pack. Unplug the connector.
Reassemble reverse of disassembly with the replacement resistor pack.
