Do they need to be pressed in or do they slide out. ?  Truck is a 99 4x4 blazer.

Also i'm reading my Haynes book and it says mark the relationship of the eccentric cams to the frame braket before removing the front and rear pivot nuts and bolts.  What does this mean and what are eccentric cams?  All i want to do is unbolt it slide it out and replace the top bushings while my shock is out is that possible?

thanks
