Hello I have a 95 Blazer s-10 4wd I drive this thing pretty damn hard I admit i do alot of burnouts and spin the tires they grab the pavement pretty hard. Just tonight it was reving out fine shifting fine then all of a sudden i went to stop Took off  with the gas to the floor the engine revs up very gradually. Accelerates very slowely. There is no shifting whatsoever. Also now the shifter won't Go into any low gears its stuck at overdrive N,R,P thats it. Did i fry the tranny??

Thanx gueys.

My guess would be that you've broken the converter clutch solenoid valve, this closes the solenoid, blocks the converter feed fluid from exhausting, and creates pressure in the converter feed fluid circuit at the converter clutch apply valve and TCC solenoid valve, locking up your converter.

But that's just a guess.

or hes stuck in a higher gear, like 3rd.
Either way your going to need a tranny shop, and a rebuild might not be out of the question.
