if it sounds good the way you have it, leave it. Just take care of the rattles. No biggie. There is no "best" spot.

My suggestion for better sound is dynamatting the truck for better sound, other than that like the others said there is really no best spot!!

If you want it to sound really good outside the vehicle... open the hatch and windows/doors...

I get that same rattle...seems like it's coming from the behind the plastic trim pieces on the sides of the rear glass.  I've tried to get in there, but I can't.  Maybe someone knows how to kill that vibration...then you could put your box where you want.

hey cloak its not anything to show off its so people dont look at my truck like it sound slike **** so if you dont got a answer to my question keep your comments to yourself

I appolgiese for the misunderstanding but your original post wasnt very clear...As far as the rattle goes try to pinpoint the culprit and get some matting or padding between what two objects are interacting...

not that everyone should have perfect grammar, but please make your post somewhat read-able. It doesn't take that much longer to finish typing, then go back, re-read what you just typed, and then hit the post button.  I mean, are you two even looking at your screens?

i believe they do server purpose, which i think is letting air out of the cabin like when a door closes, but just stuff weather stripping or foam into them and they will stop vibration, MAKe sure you have one window cracked, they do have a purpose(lets sudden build up of preasure out, like i said above with closing a door)

Wrong. There is no need to open a window when you play your system.just take care of the rattles the right way...
