I know how to post pictures but for some reason when I try to post my [img][/img] code it appears as that in the post instead of the picture. Its doing it both on Patrick's Chevrolet Forum and here.  I've made sure my urls end in '.jpg' and everthing. I upload my pictures via photobucket.

If you are using the code generated by photobucket, then the image tags are all in caps.  For some reason, the forum software cannot correctly interpret tags in caps.  This goes for all tags, not just *img* tags.  I have since turned off the generation of BB code links in photobucket and just use the url text and put that into hand typed tags.  But then again I like to link to the automatically generated thumbnails for all of my picture posting anyhow to cut down on page load time and on my photobucket bandwidth used.

I found my problem. I was using the e-mail and im urls instead of the Direct links.  Correct links FTW!

otnietdehoooo, the problem with the link you posted is that it is from his gallery.  To post an image from a member's gallery, you must click on it until the image opens up in its own window (or tab) all by itself.  The reason is that the forum software can understand the link that you are posting above in the proper context, but not in the individual posts.  For linking to gallery pictures, you must have the link to the actual folder where the picture actually resides.

The url should read something like:
http://www.blazerforum.com/upfiles/3828/asppg_Cy284290987.jpg

Here is the image:
