when the key is turned should the dash lights and park lights come on???if not what is my problem??

drl's run on thier own, no markers or dash lights should be on.
as for a fix, somebody else can help you with that one. you did check the fuses or drl module right.

The only lights that should come on in  a 91 is the idiot lights on the dash and thats it.

yes as stated  only your idiot lights should come on, if they dont cheak your fuse and your engine ground for the dash cluster." the heavy black wire coming out of the pass through block on your fire wall"
