what about taking out the subs and drilling through the bottom of the box into the floor. And I was also wondering where is the best place to get blacked out taillights?

you may be able to do that. of course it might be a real pain to do and if you dont do i the right way you run the risk of losing the seal, which could decrease output.

you can buy blackouts at pretty much and car shop, on ebay, and many online stores. shop around for the best price. or you could spend $5 and get a can of Night Shades spray tint and tint out all your lights like i did.

If velcro will stick to your carpet well, you might try that, staple gun it to the bottom of your box.
-or-
You could bolt 4 L-brackets to your floor in the perfect position so the bolts are under the box and not seen. Then, you use some smaller screws and screw them into the side of the box. You could also use some T-nuts inside the box with some bolts that are the thickness of the board. Cover the end of the T-nut with a small piece of tape, and spread silicone caulking around the tape. Now air won't leak and you have a hard, well-mounted enclosure.
