I am highly considering a PCM tune from Jessie, but would I pose major damage to my 150,000 mile engine in my 98 ls 4x4x4 blazer? Is it worth it? I called Jessie and he said the main thing that could fail is the tranny, but I have a new jasper trans in at 82k. What should I do???

Personally, I would not do it with that many miles, but if you do, I think you should have him only do a mild tune.
