So you are going from a TBI motor to a carb'd motor?  You shouldn't need much of anything by way of wires for the carb'd motor and should be able to make up your own harness pretty easily.  The difficulties would come if the ECU is tied in to any other systems on the truck.  The ECU won't like not having inputs from the O2 sensors and other components that feed it data.

Have you checked out the JagsThatRun.com website for suggestions?

I've seen some harnesses but I can't recall where from.  Like Kyle said, since we are going carb'd it's easier.  Are you wanting to use the stock gauges?  I know I want to, and I think I have most of that figured out.

well i was told im not going to need the ecu at all anymore since i'm going carbed and i changed the gas tank from internal fuel pump to mechanical fuel pump.
and ya i was planning on keeping the stock gauges but does that pose a problem?
i sent my wiring harness to my uncle the mechanic and he didnt really have any clue of which wires to take out and which to keep.
i was hoping someone just made a simple harness to save me loads of time
i'll check in my jtr book again to see wat they suggest
