Yet anogther poor soul with 4x4 issues. I've read through the forum and don't see an issue quite like this and man I need help.

1996 S10 Blazer 130k miles. Bought the truck as is for my son. This is the 3 button electronic actuator. Truck is in 2x2 mode and won't engage 4x4. No lights whatsoever on the dash and buttons. No juice to the buttons (checked with test light). Fuse panel (drivers side) has no blown fuses. Have checked the vacuum actuator (works) and looked for corroded connection at the kick panel computer - looked fine. Don't see damaged wires anywhere. Have not decoded the computer as I don't know how. I've been underneath and don't see anything out of the ordinary.

Any ideas out there?
