LOL ya, I think they get most apprentices with that 1.

yep, always in the air, which means lots of wobbly ladders with me and a 12" pipe wrench lol

pvc is sweet lol its the 1st stuff I worked with, and I actually took a course on plastic welding, aka hot air welding, hope I get to use it on a job.....havent seen it yet.

I much prefer welding it, steel pipe that is......with a journeyman welder of course

rod hangers are phat, kinda.....lets you get your pipe up pretty fast.

what year are you?

i know what ya mean, i got in this whole deal for welding though, i will get my union welding certs next year, i have my certs but not trough the local, i am going t oget a fitter card and if i have time going to get one for plumbing too, as long as i stay up on school and not hardly miss i can get them. hopefully. right now im just trying not screw up the jobs given to me, most contrators dont trust a 2nd year to run work but this is my 1st big job i have had a few small ones but like this one.  pack up and come south. its warmer here

Did my first year of Petroleum Engineering last year but due to my marks not being where they needed to be I got deans vacation (forced to take a year off) so this year I'm working as a tower rigger so we build and maintain the big communication towers. Involves some pretty neat stuff like climbing the towers, I got my class 3 license with air brakes so I can drive the big picker trucks. Also involves a lot of equipment operating e.t.c.

Here's some pictures from work:

Wow. Up to this point I have completely overlooked this thread.

Anyway. I work whenever I need money for my Dad.  I work mainly on HVAC duct (building it) in the shop and I have been known to get under those particularly dirty houses that none of the other employees will go under.
