So, what does everyone do?

I'm a full time student at Ohio State studying mechanical engineering most of the time, but right now I'm doing an internship with General Electric. I finish up next week, and I'll be going back to OSU in January.

Construction to support the family while I finish up my degree (computer networking) sucks going back to school after 15 years away and dealing with a buncha classmates only a cpl years older than my kids constantly catching myself before I say just shut up and go to your room i'll deal with you after I calm down lol.

I am a professional cheese maker for Stew Leonard's in Newington CT. Here's a few pics of my work. These are my fresh mozzarella cheese rolls I make. They were my idea and they are one of the best sellers in the deli now.

Click on thumbnails for full size pics. I finally got it to work, it only took my about 1/2 hour to get it right lol.

I was a mechanic for 30 years, now I work part time as a bodyshop estimator and spend most of my time salmon fishing.

I'm sure my smoked salmon would go well with Davtaks' cheese rolls. Mmmmmmmmmmm!

Currently I am a Product Engineer for ITT - Residential & Commercial Water (Goulds Pumps brand single stage end suction centrifugal pumps).  As of the first of the year I will no longer be responsible for existing product support and will be able to concentrate on product development.
