How much louder would my flowmaster muffler sound with an after market cold air intake? and how much would that cost?

Your muffler wouldn't sound any louder. How much would it cost for that...~$200-$350.

If you want louder exhaust then you need bigger diameter exhaust/muffler.

it does make a slightly more growly sound but its not noticeable to someone who doesnt drive it and hear what it normally sounds like. 

i.e.   it wont really be noticable to anybody but yourself


a less restrictive high flow cat converter will also make it slightly louder

Yeah intakes generally don't make exhausts much louder. They have a noise all to themselves. If its not sheilded, it will sound like a vacuum cleaner under there.
