I have an 86 S10 Blazer and i am starting to think that my springs and/or shocks are worn. The car has 130k miles on it and i have no idea when they were last replaced, if ever. I hear there is some kind of a bump test, where you push down and let it bounce back, but i dont know what the details to that are. How can i tell if either are worn out?

Also, is there a such thing as a DIY alignment?
