Hello Blazer Forum Members,Just wondering if anyone has a windshield wiper moving up from off position would be down in the cowl area,I tried to move it back down but it moved back up,even after I loosened it's nut that holds it down.Any ideas would be appreciated,Thanks Hotrod 28.

The wiper drive is splined.  So unless you removed the arm and shifted it down one tooth, you didn't actually move it.

Hello Blazer Forum Members,The vehicle is a 1999 Chev.Blazer 4.3 LT,Yes I thought they were splined,It came up after I removed the hold down nut and I moved it in the park position or down in the cowl area,It moved back up as stated in the earlier post,then it went back down in the park position,now after it did that it has not moved again,Thanks for the info ,Hotrod28.

Sounds like it fixed itself, but the only other thought I had was that there is a problem with the wiper circuit. I believe there is info on here about the cold solder wiper board problem. I would just run a search and look for people with messed up wipers. Hope this helps a little.
