So I've changed my front right side bearing hub, however I'm still hearing the same noise and the tire still shakes and moves like it's not held tight. The mechanic told me that I need lower ball joints. Now I've replaced on upper ball joint on the right side because it was damaged and it was terrible. It bent my shield and cut off my ABS links. Don't want to go off topic too much...
but anybody have any other ideas?

Can you describe when you hear the noise ( left or right turns, bumps, speed etc..) and can you describe the noise?

Ok, you've answered part of the question. I'm trying to figure out if you need to change the left side hub bearing.

actually I noticed today at speed over 35 when I ever move the steering wheel to the left the noise gets worse.... not as bad to the right but it makes slight noise though.
