You could always get a cheapy ebay kit, and throw on a nice AEM DryFlow filter... Or mod the stock air box like this (Thanks HenryJ!) with an AEM or K&N filter.

i checked out ebay and i cant seem to find any cai for the 1 gen blazers for the 4.3 if anyone finds some plz hook me up w/ links

yo bro i fould one on ebay im not sure how to give you the link but the sellers name is cromeintakes (no space).. and the item number is 230206901340 hope this helps i bought one off ebay in 2004 and i love it

Here's a direct link. That will work just fine, just be sure to fab a heat shield so you're not sucking in hot air from the engine bay, thus defeating the purpose of a cold air intake.
