so i got this email from my friend and the title was "i like my deer done by bmw at 140mph" and this is really really crazy stuff so check out the pix






now how in the world does that happen!?!!?!?!?!?!?

That's nasty!
It's a total fluke that the deer would miss the bumper and the upper rad support, hit and fo thru one grill thru the weakest part of the front end. The top of the rad would bend back and there's not much else to stop it.
I see about 6 cars a year that have hit deer on the highway.

Brutal.  That's one thing that I'm always thinking about when I'm driving around here.  Can pretty much see deer on a daily basis.

dude that is hardcore , i hit a deer in my blazer doing 50 and it just pushed one side of my bumper back like a half inch. cant even really tell

You have to take into account Aerodynamics. At 140mph the deer was basically sucked into the grill...

but of course i dont like to go 140 mph in my blazer that much too bad of gas mileage

I would be incredibly surprised if you could actually reach that speed in a 94 blazer.

haha ya 140 is pretty fast and idk if i've ever seen a blazer go that fast myself. but ya my dad hit 2 deer at like 50mph in his suburban and it only slightly cracked a turn signal and the grill was a lil cracked thats all. but ya this is one freaky deer hit.

I remember reading about this around 3 months ago...  It wasn't a deer, but a fox.  But the rest of the details are correct.

i worked on a car theother day they ran over or hit a deer or something like that, the car was coverend in blood, espically on the wheels, THE ONLY PART WE WORK ON lol, and it was a white car, it was just wrong
