Hi there I'm Richard and I'm new here I live on the Shetland Islands in the very north of Scotland (UK) and I have a K5 Blazer

My Blazer is a K5 1983 it is suposed to have a 4.3 straight 6 but that went bang on me so here is the new spec

350 Ci V8 with racing cams and carb from a racing Camaro about 350-400 bhp
Hooker headers and custom side pipes
3" or 6" lift (not sure done before I got it and there are no other K5's on the island to compare to)

The sound is just awe inspiring

Richard

Welcome to the board.

I would like to see some pictures of your K5 if you can post any. Sounds like a very cool ride. Must scare lots of folks off the road (assuming most vehciles are smaller).

As promised pictures of Tiny

It has a holly carb, Racing cam and injection nozzle, Edelbrock intake and Hooker headers, does any body know if this is good or bad?

Wow, nice ride man! Really makes me want to go pick one up! I miss having a nice thumping v8 under the hood (although my SSEi thinks it has one!). Looks very clean (ie. no rust) for an '83 as well. Nice job of taking care of that thing!

BTW, I fixed your image links for you. If you want to learn more about how I did it, just PM me and I'll give a detailed explaination.
