It is a nice truck, but the who the HECK appraised it at 18K?  Private party value on KBB says $7400 in excellent condition (which I think is fitting).  So he's got roughly 11K on upgrades?

That blazer is really clean and nice inside and out, I really like the set up on it!! Don't know were they get the 18k price estimate for it , there just aint no way its worth that!!!

I would drop 8500 on it but not more than 10000. I like the interior setup except the subs, cause I beleive in a little bit of utility yet (ability to haul stuff). The outside looks pretty good, but I probably would have gone with smaller rims and the same overall size tires. The only problem with it, is that it looks too nice to take offroading, it would start looking bad real quick.
