Well since I have been on here I havent done much in the way of custom work on my truck....so, with the help of 12 Voltz, we are gonna be doing the interior of my truck.  This includes door panels, center console, custom amp rack and maybe anything else I can think of along the way.  I took them my front door panels last weekend to have the fab up pods and everything for my new Rainbow CMX-465 Extreme kicks.  Here are some progress photos so far.  Both I and Rob (owner of 12Voltz) will be posting progress pics in this thread.

Here is what it looked like when i first got there around 12pm today:

This is a test fit of the piece that will be covering my crossovers:

Its going to have blue neon backlighting the cross over...should look pretty sick when its done.  :D

You cant really tell but under the blue painters tape is black tweed:

Ready for glassing:

Close up:

Started to put filler in the areas where its needed:

Thats it for right now......Work will continue on tuesday.  Should hopefully start glassing and sanding by then.  Once all this is done, the panel will be wrapped completely in black tweed.

Im gonna be running a complete Rainbow Audio stereo except for my sub and sub amp, which i will be sticking with the SI Mag and Sundown amp for that.  But I bought a set of Rainbow coax's for the rear doors and Im going to be running a Rainbow iPaul 4 channel on the front doors and an iPaul 2 channel on the rear doors.......

More to come soon :D

My head is spinning from all the technical speaker info but I can always appreciate some custom work.  Looking forward to seeing the progress and end product!

He's going to running some of the best equipment available right now.  Should be a nice SQ/SQL system after eh?

How will the top part of the door attach? Because I was thinking of doing something like that for my door pods.

Did you actually cut the top portion of the door panel right off the bottom portion then or are they meant to come apart?

I know you said mag and sundown, like 15 on saz1500?  You know you want 2 15" mags strapped on some sundowns.

looking good for a show vehicle. I doubt the SQ will be all there since it doesnt seem you did any aiming. Chances are your sound stage, tonality, and stage height will suffer.

meaning what? the hybrid audio legita 3 can handle plenty and sounds very smooth. ofcourse its only to be used as midrange, not midbass/mindrange.
