I have a pair of those projectors as well as just a regular set coming.  I'm not going to be using them as they are though.  I will be attempting to retrofit in a set of HID projectors.

The only reason I can think of for them melting is because people put high wattage bulbs into them...

I did a non projector H4 conversion on my S10, and it rocked, and had no issues at all.

Well I received 1 of 2 sets of lights I bought off ebay.  Not too sure what's up with that, as they were to be shipped together.  That's besides the point though.  The set I received are the projector style as linked above.  I tested 1 against a wall and the output is crappy and there is no cutoff to them.  They don't have a shield in the projector or anything like that.  It's basically a standard reflector housing with an extra spaced out lens in the center of it.  I'm not even going to bother installing them in my truck, as it would be a complete waste of time.  I will still use the housings and cut them apart and put in my true HID projectors.  That was the intended purpose with the headlights anyways.  I will try to get some wall shots of them sometime this weekend.  Without even installing them I can say don't waste your money or time on them.

Those whooped ass...

If I ever own another vehicle with the H6054s I am DEFINITELY getting another pair.

I didn't get mine from ebay though... Mine were from a company somewhere in the US...
I can't guarantee you'll get the same output from the $7 ebay ones, lol.

The website I bought them from doesn't seem to carry them anymore

No doubt.  That's why I wasn't even gonna bother testing them in a vehicle.  They are gonna get hacked up for the HID's.

The dimond H4s are good, the projectors suck, and stay away from either of them that have the black housing. I've had the chrome diamond and projectors and gave the projectors to my brother cause they sucked. I told him and he still put them in his 93, they lasted one night before he was swapping them back out. I saw the black reflector ones and thought they would look cool on my black s-10, they didn't even make it through the night before they found a new home in the trash can.

I have some diamond H4s I got off ebay from a seller name optionracing and they are just as good as the hella ones I had. Only thing I don't too much care for is the housing are plastic and not metal like the higher dollar ones.
