Okay, now only one problem I want to rectify. Both sockets are 9005 size. So, I put my silverstar 9005's in the low beam spot and the bulbs that came with the headlights (Philips) I put in the high beam spot. Can I modify the housing to fit the 9006 high beams or can I buy another bulb to fit. Right now my low beams are brighter than my high beams

Strange that they both came 9005... See if you can find some dirt cheap 9005/9006s and see if you can mod them to fit... There's a way to get them to fit, because a fair number of people put 9005s into the low beam socket on stock lights...
