Not enough info...  They don't look like rims that ever came on an s-series blazer...  More look like ones that may have been available for the Trailblazer (CLICK HERE) which wouldn't have 5 lugs!

Those won't fit, they are from a trailblazer which has 6 lugs and a different bolt pattern, and the backspacing would probably be wrong.
