I cranked the right side of the T-bar about 4 full turns and it only raised the front 1/2 inch...

it is almost cranked fully, and it just now is level with the left side!

It something wrong here?  Right side is cranked almost all the way, and the left side I havent touched and there level...

You could have a sagging right torsion bar. Also if the truck was level before then, something is definately wrong, unless the left torision bar had been cranked before you bought the truck or something.

Sounds like a sagging bar.

I actually cranked mine to level out the front from side to side.  Cranked the driver's side down 5 turns and passenger's side up 5 turns.  Measurement from tire to center of wheelwell on both sides was even after that.  Any remedies for sagging bars?

Only remedy is to replace the bars.  Both of them.

How much does that run?

Difficulty 1-10?

Edit:

They are covered under warrenty :)

Does having a sagging front end give me reason for having them replaced? or do they have to break for them to be covered?

I thought it was pretty complicated to do without the right tools.  GM makes a torsion bar unloading tool or something like that.  Also you have to preload the bar if I remember correctly, which is pretty tricky.  I'll see if I can't find the site I was reading about em on.

I had a heck of a time getting my torsion bars out of my truck.  They were really rusted in there.  Ended up having to use the hot wrench (getting the bar red hot) and smacking out the torsion.  I used a c-clamp and cut the little knob part off to use as unloader, works perfect.

Do you think my warrenty company will cover torsion bars for sagging?

Or do they have to actually snap?

But at the cost of right side cranked to the max...
and left side still stock...

Would that cause my right side BJ and CV to wear prematurly?

Not if you are at stock or close to stock ride height.  The ball joints and cv joints wear due to the higher driveline angles.

Oh ok

I put in the shackles yesterday

The back end from center of wheel to fender is 35" and the front is at 33" (from center of wheels...ground to fender)

I dont know what the stock height is in that measurement area, but if anyone knows them can you please post?
