So i was looking through my myspace and i found this group in my friends called the 2 Deep Car club, they basicly own a bunch of W Body series cars with big rims, well i came across the only Grand Prix they own, it has very interesting colors, i also posted this on my grand prix forum to see what people would say about it, because personaly, i think it is way ugly, tell me what you think!

Don't even think it was a paint booth...  Looks more like someone's back yard with some rattle cans...

Maybe he thought it would be so ugly, that it would actually look good/cool in some unique way??? lol I also think he couldn't decide between the green or the yellow, so he just got both.  And those rims look like the cheap plastic hubcap spinners that you can find at wally*world. Blah to this car!

Yeah quite the interesting paint scheme. Must have been trippin on acid and had some rattle cans in the garage. I got to say that is hideous, but I guess thats one way you could find your car in the parking lot. There was a person I seen driving around Appleton, WI a lot that took a big ole Caddy and painted it that pink, purple, blue chamelon color and put some big rims on it. It looks way better than that grand prix, but wow I just don't understand what some people are thinking when they start customizing.

Totally unrelated.  The rat rod theme is a combination of a reaction to billet, chrome, high-dollar, Ridler-award winning cars where everything is perfect and a throw-back to the original 'rods' where guys put together what they had to make their cars work without being concerned with appearance.  Today the common trend is all show and no go whereas it was the total opposite in the 'rod' days.

This car is just plain idiotic.

Past Ridler winners.

EDIT: Spelled 'Ridler' wrong and added Ridler-Award Winner Archives link.
