I started putting the lift on and I cant get the bolts out of the rear shackles. Any ideas? I would post picks but my camera broke.

Lots of PB Blaster.  Spray 'em down really good.

Get a wrench (longest one you have) on them and push/pull back and forth to work them loose.  It takes a bit of muscle and even more patience, but you'll be able to get them out.

did you get the nuts off the bolts? if not drench them with PB Blaster, let it sit for 5-10 minutes then go at it again. If the nuts are off, hit the bolt with a hammer and once you cant hit the bolt anymore, take a punch, if not available a screwdriver of some sort, and keep hammering it through.

EDIT: ahh, you beat me to it lol.

I will have to go get some of that PB blaster stuff and give that a shot because this WD40 is working too well. I dont have much room to hit it hard with a hammer either. The nut is already off I just cant get the bolt out.

If you take off the bumper and the side fenders, you will have ease access to the bolts.

you shouldnt need to hit it that hard to get it out, i mean you dont need to reallly beat on it. especially on a 02 blazer it shouldnt be very rusty.

When i did mine... they were a pain to get loose.  They don't come out as easy as you'd think.

I had to use a huge C-clamp to press out the bolts. Big pain in the butt rusted in bolts are.

That PB really works. Made the bolts slip right out.
