I lowered a 2001 Bravada (AWD) 2 inches using blocks in the back and cranking the t-bars down in the front. Here's the thread. I believe I cranked them to a max of 8 turns. Any more than that and the bolt that keeps tension on the key comes out. At least it did on his truck, it may be different on yours depending on if/how much your torsion bars sag. The guy still has his stock 15's on there but wants to go to 22's. I can't tell you whether or not you'll be able to tuck 20's or not, but you should be able to fit 20's. I did that back in October '07 and he hasn't had any issues as far as the AWD is concerned. The one thing I would do differently is with the u-bolts. As I said in the thread I got custom ones made. I wish I would've taken the ones that came with the universal kit along with me because the custom ones were too long and one actually got caught on the track at the automatic car wash. Something to keep in mind... EDIT: And definitely don't do the same as he did, GET DROP SHOCKS! He's still using the stock shocks and he won't admit it but I guarantee the ride quality is not the same as stock and certainly not as good as it would be with drop shocks.
