Awhile back I mentioned to a co-worker that I didn't have as much energy as before, no get up and go. They said, "Why not start some exercising? It will build up your energy."
To which I replied, "Are you nuts? If I had the energy to exercise, I wouldn't be needing to do the exercise!"
I guess I can rationalize anything.

those things are evil, you will hate it, it requires movement and takes away for sittin on you a** time and you start to loose your beer gut and so you have to drink more to build it back

Actually excersising will increase your energy!
and I'm not going extreme on it...I just wanna tone up for summer, I aint ganna do that eat 1500 callories a day bull !%#@
I must say though, Im very sore after working out very litttle......or thats prolly cuz ive worked out maybe twice in my entire life

I had a chance to work out on one once. It was good, but I'd rather just pump the ol' irons... by that I mean moving heavy crap around in the shop and setting package units on pads.

Not a huge fan of the bowflex, tried it at a friends and put it on the hardest setting and didn't have much trouble with it at all. Unless I was using it wrong or something. I'll stick to using the free weights at the gym myself though. Nonetheless congratulations and hopefully u will put it to good use!

Ab lounge is great, i had a bowflex, i like traditional bench better. i have an incline bench too.

We have a bowflex....that's why I'm so ripped!!
LOL, yeah right....I barely have the time and energy to shave my armpits when I shower, much less work out! I get enough of a workout lifting 70 lb. cabbage boxes!

Im sure any workout machine would work, I think its all mental...but yea I dont have time for a gym nor do I have the energy to go to the gym...
just 30 minutes every other day...and all my friends come over to work on it as welll...so thats good motivation!
