I wouldn't buy it even if it did fit, Gibson's are notorious for rusting!  Why don't you have a local shop make you a custom mandrel setup from the y-pipe back.  You could have the whole thing done custom from the y-pipe back vs. just a catback from Gibson for just as much $ or even less and get way more power out of it.  The biggest restriction in these trucks is the y-pipe anyways.  Or i know Dynomax has a specific kit for the 4X4s.  My buddy has one on his and he paid i think $150 for it and it sounds nice.

I would honestly go with a flowmaster over a gibson system just for the fact of gibson's rusting out faster then anyone else's exhaust! Flowmaster IMO is a much better exhaust and thats what im going with when I go to get mine done after the rear of my truck is 4 linked and bagged!!

ok...I have dozens of customers with Gibsons and no issues. All I want to know is: Dose the ZR2 cat back fit the non ZR2 Blazer?

The ZR2s have a completely different frame.  Anytime I have had a specific question on fitment of a product, the first thing I do is spend the 5-10 minutes on the phone to talk to the manufacturer.  My truck is worth it!

You can always go with a magna flow as well.

Magnaflow doesn't make a cat-back exhaust system for blazers, just for the s10.

not sure that the ZR2's have a comletely different frame... I believe it is the same frame as a non-ZR2... however, they do have very different suspension. They sit higher allowing for more clearance between the rear axle and the frame. So to make a long story short, no. The ZR2 exhaust system will probably not fit a non ZR2....

Here's a link to summit racing who carrys the Gibson Stainless Steel Cat-back exhaust system for ZR2's. No need to waste money on something that is not going to fit and hack it up.

The difference is in the stainless steel.  Exhaust shops would probably be every bit as expensive if you wanted to go with mandrel bent stainless.

ahh I see.... Whats the price of a gibson muffler? I know for sure that you could probobly get a catback with 2.5" piping and flowmaster, heck maybe even a stainless tip for around 200...
