Those nights where the brain won't turn off...I get up...make some good ol warm milk...(choculate) in a little bit it makes you sleepy..plus I try to turn off all the lights about an hour before I go to bed...then it tricks my mind it's about time for bed...I'm telling ya though....warm milk...sip it slowly...nighty night

I played guitar for a few minutes to see If I could sync my thoughts, but I always go for broke. It doesn't matter what I start off playing, I'll always end up detuning and growling it out!

I dont sleep either!
I sleep better after a school day, during the day light, for like 3 hours... sleep maybe from 4-6/7 during the night and im set for the rest of the day!
It sucks, but whateva!

It sucks not being able to sleep when you want to!! I am currently at work and the time here in phoenix is 12:20a.m. , and I would rather be sleeping then at work!!

Man... I'm sorry for your loss.
Right now, I can't even see straight. Hopefully by the end of the week most of it will be calmed down a little. I was chosen as a palbearer for the funeral wednesday and the Senior student council wants me to make a video montage to present during the senior march entry at the prom in memory of her.

For the past three night I have got a sleep until like 6-7a.m. It's beacause I've been sick.
The worse part is my head to hard for me to knock my self out. The head aches only make it worse. So head trauma is out. I don't even sleep that much when I finally fall asleep only 3-4 hours. Can't take sleeping aids or alcholol, they only keep me up longer. At least i don't really need to be anywhere today.
