Well On Mine (2001) It Was Easy... There Held On By Double Sided Tape And I Used Floss To Start It And The Pulled It Off Then Used My Thumb To Get The Rest Of The Tape Off.....And Thats About It Well Use Goo-Gone That Helps A Little...

Best way is with either floss or some fine fishing string. If you have a heat gun, it'll come off and barely leave any residue. Goo-Gone is the best way to remove any left over residue. If you don't use heat, be prepared to be patient!
