Folks,
It seems my blower on my heat and A/C is not so strong when I don't have it on MAX A/C (recirculate) as soon as it is pulling air from outside there's not very much air blowing.... Is there somekind of filter for the outside air?? It's a 95 Blazer 4.3 L. 4WD

Thanx,
Aqua

No, there isn't, but check the cowl inlets under your wiper arms and see if there is debris in there that might be blocking the air intake.

^^Yup^^  No filter option available for the S-series.  You should definitely pull up the plastic cowl area and check for leaves, pine needles, or any other debris down near the inlet of the fan.

Those are clear... 'least looking at the plastic grills.. I'm guessing debri sometimes goes through those and gets in there and gets clogged... could it be smaller debris getting plugged in the fins of the A/C core or heater core?

Is there some sort of grill/grid or is it just an open duct into the fan where smaller debris would go past and possibly plug the fins on the heater core?
