hey guys this problem was there when i bought the truck but it was never a big issue.
the vent window on the passenger side is loose where it should be secured around the pivet point on the bottom. its still bolted on at the top. i took the door panel off a while back to tighten the bolt thing like it shows in the Haynes manual but i could barely get the socket in there and could only get one click out of the ratchet at a time. it also looks like the top of the bolt was whacked good with a hammer or something and is flattened.
is there an easy way to replace this or will it have to be done by a shop?
as it stands now if it is opened it swings free from the top bolt.
thanks in advance guys.

My big first suggestion is to get a lmc truck catalog and get rid of the wing windows all together!! In the lmc truck catalog it has a kit to go from window and wing vent to a one piece window so that you can avoid this problem all together!! This is my suggestion for you if that is something you would be interested in!! If not "click" "click" "click", with loctite on it to secure it!!
