I am in the process of selling my Bronco II to help fund an engine swap for my Blazer. I have been offered a 350 from an 89' Chevy Silverado. Does anyone have any power figures on this engine? I have been searching Google forever and I can not find the information for the life of me. Power figures are all over the place and I can not pin point what the ratings are for an 89.

Since you will already be putting on a different intake manifold to go back to carb'd (assuming it is TBI now), why not go through the whole motor. At the least, I would upgrade the cam before dropping it in. You are probably looking at an 8.5:1 compression ratio motor which has a power output of 220-240HP. Going from your engine to this would be a big jump stock to stock, but you can do better with a different cam, induction setup (intake & 4brl carb) and a good exhaust system. The compression ratio begs for forced induction (supercharger, centrifugal supercharger, or turbo)!
