hey gearheads,'was hoping someone could suggest a source for a complete shop manual covering my '86 s-10 blazer . 'guess i need the sure-a-nuff G.M. one?the one i looked[chilton?] at ,in the parts store, was not real detailed.

ebay, unless someone here has one they're willing to part with. you're looking for a factory service manual (fsm) set.

i would go with the haynes manual

I bought the fsm on ebay for $36 for a 1999. It doesn't cover the transmission, that is a separate manual for 1999. It is pretty good reading.

Try Helm Publishing. They publish them. I ordered a set for my 2004 Blazer. Actual shop manuals, not cheap. Yours is not too bad, $75. Mine was about $200, but well worth it.
