The Administrators and Site Owners have seen fit to open a photoediting forum effectively adding more variety to an already rich and diverse resource known as blazerforum.com.  We are excited to offer this to our members and are further excited to see what creativity shall come from this addition.

As the description states, this forum is designed for the display of photo editing work, requests for photo editing, sigs and avatars, etc.  It will be closely monitored to ensure all topics and posts remain in line with its purpose.

Much of the rules and regulations are simply a repeat of what has already been discussed and/or posted in other forums.  If it sounds familiar, it most likely is-pay attention and follow along.

If resizing an image is a problem, please visit Image Posting... PLEASE READ! for additional information and helpful tips.

SIGNATURE RULES:

1.
Signature pixel size includes any text.  Maximum width shall be 640 pixels wide.  Maximum height shall be around 200 pixels including all text outside of the signature image.  One line of text averages 16 pixels in height.  If you have one line of text, your signature image should be no taller than 184 pixels.  Two lines-168 pixels, and so on and so forth.  A simple remedy to keeping the desired height and text in the same signature would be to include said text within the signature image.

2.    Signature file size shall be no larger than 500KB for both still and animated signatures.

3.    Signatures shall not contain any profanity or objectionable content, including: nudity, racial slurs, etc. that would be in violation of Blazer Forum Rules.

4.    Absolutely no unauthorized advertising for personal gain will be permitted.  Personal gain is defined as any member benefiting monetarily from a link, statement, or image included in their signature.  If you are interested in advertising on blazerforum.com, please visit Advertising.

AVATAR RULES:

1.    Avatar pixel size shall be a maximum of 145x145 pixels. Avatar file size shall be no larger than 20KB for both still and animated avatars.

2.    Avatars shall not contain any profanity or objectionable content, including: nudity, racial slurs, etc. that would be in violation of Blazer Forum Rules.

POSTING PICTURES:

1.    All pictures, be they original or edited, shall be no larger than 640x480 pixels (except in Chop Shop contests where images may be 800x600).  Images larger than this maximum may stretch out the forum causing unnecessary scrolling and are a general inconvenience to those with a slower internet connection.  Anything larger than this will need to be hosted on one of the many free hosting sites such as photobucket, imageshack, tinypic, flickr, allyoucanupload.com, etc. and linked to from the forum.  Some sites offer thumbnails that will link to the full-size picture.

2.   Having said this, attaching and/or embedding photos will not be permitted in this forum.  Anyone disre
