when i go to start my engine in my 97 blazer i can turn the key to start the engine and the starter will engage but the engine wont start,my radio and CB will kick on but nothing else will happen, if i wait 30 seconds to 2 minutes and let the dash lights kick on i can start the engine no problem, i was wondering if anyone had any idea what this could be. i was thinking a relay maybe? loose wires? dying battery?...my battery gague says 15 volts. so im not sure what it could be...any help would be greatly appreciated.

also, the engine will die randomly, it happened for the first time the other week, and once again today, it just randomly dies and wont start for a good 15 or 20 minutes any advice?

thanks in advanced.
