My truck sat in a driveway for four years, and needless to say, all of the weatherstripping is either rotting off, shot, or non-existant. On the driver side its so bad that its actually scratching the bottom of the window when i roll it down and stuff. Do they sell stripping kits for these trucks or am I going to have to rig something up with generic 3M stuff?

I havn't seen any 'kits' exactly, but LMC Truck sells all the parts you'll need.

Here's the Weather stripping/door rubber stuff

And here's the pieces for your Window

They do make a window channel kit actually, it's $130-ish and it's part number 6 on the second link page.

Put in "S10 Blazer parts"  or "Chevrolet S10 Blazer" in the e-bay search window and you will find many  weatherstrip kits and individual pieces for sale only.
