Shop just called...said they swapped the cap and rotor and the problem is gone.

Fingers crossed...tonight after work(s) i'll post up and hopefully close this thread :D

Well the weather's cooled down a bit but the cap and rotor seem to have solved the issue.

Thanks for all your help Kyle and Tino.

Fingers crossed now i can just enjoy the hell out of my truck like i was supposed to from the beginning :)
