I took a look under my gf's Blazer and it looks like she has an oil leak. Doesn't seem to be from the simple oil pan gasket. Some pics are below. As you can see, it seems to be to the left of the drain plug. Anyone have any idea what needs to be replaced to fix this leak?

Its probably the remote oil filter gasket. I know mine needs replacing and I am planning on undertaking that soon. Should replace the lines to it while you are at it.

My daughter gave me her '91 Blazer 4x4 when she got married. She bought it new and it is immaculate...except for a pesky oil leak. The so-called "mechanics"  that she had look at it could not find the leak.

I immediately found the leak the second day I took possession of the SUV.  It was the oil filler stack where it screws into the RH valve cover.  Some real bright employee at a fast oil change establishment tried to twist the oil filler cap out of the oil filler stack and only succeeded in lunscrewing the oil filler stack at the valve cover. Apparently he thought he broke the oil filler stack when that happened and only loosely screwed it back in.

I took 1-1/2 CW turn of the oil filler stack to tighten it and that stopped the leak.
