Here's the thing...I'm not going to mod the blazer xtreme anymore (just a few more mods though). I'm going to build 'Eleanor'. That sweet @$$ ride off of 'Gone in 60 Seconds'. I found all the parts that I'll need. I just need to find the car. It'll take me quite a while to rebuild it but it'll be sssoooo worth it. The only things that I'm NOT going to do is drop in a bigger engine, replace the tranny, replace the rear end and sorry but no 'Go Baby Go' NOS shifter. (Well, maybe that later on). But I am going to rebuild the engine and put high performance parts on and bore the block out. Otherwise, it'll have the Shelby valve cover, brakes, steering wheel, seats, pedal covers, shifter, gauges, rims, etc. I'd still have a ways to go to make it a 'Shelby' car. I'd need to make the scoops functional in order fro it to be more 'Shelbyized'. The brake scoops won't be that hard, I don't know how to do the top side scoops though??? Man this is going to be one bad looking car.

I'm going back into the Marines, so that'll give me a little bit more money. I went to a used car dealership that finds old cars, fixes them up and sells them. I asked to look for one for me. I went to Ebay, they didn't have a lot to choose from. The ones that were there were on the other side of the U.S. If I find one that is just too good to pass up, then I probably won't do much moddin to it unless it's in a condition that I won't care about tearing apart.

if i do a project it is gonna either be a 5.0 mustang (probably an 89) keep the 302 and just put a twin turbo kit on it, i found one that makes 1,900 hp to the ground with T-76 turbos on their
+ kit comes with 1 year warranty
http://www.turbo-kits.com/mustang_turbo_kits.html

OR take a go-kart frame
extend it to about 8ft and then transplant a suzuki 1300 turbo hayabusa motor (about 290-310 bwhp) with 12 inch slicks, a custom coilover, suspension, and all the goodies. Of course it would be a drag racing machine and nothing more.
