I have 2 stripped tire studs on my hub how do i fix this?

New lug nuts and new studs.  You need to disassemble the brakes to gain access to the back side of the hub.  Press out the old stud and press in (pull) the new stud.  There are many ways to remove the old stud.  They way you do it is dependent on what tools you have available.

I have an 89 full size with locking front hubs do i have to pull that off in order to get to the studs

I'll have to look up a schematic when I get home.  It has been a long time since I dug into the front end of a solid axle truck!

Rob (Chevy Lover) will probably beat me to it though!
